About Trecie & Jackie
Grit, Gratitude, and a Whole Lot of Humor.
We believe in having fun, even when it comes to big decisions. We’re always ready to pull up our bootstraps to get a job done, and we’re not scared to crawl belly-down through a dusty basement.
To us, community, people, and relationships are what matter most. We’ve cultivated a meaningful network of contractors, insurance providers, designers, and lenders who all take great care in their work.
Finding your home should be one of life’s greatest joys. We would love to guide your journey.
Your Salt of the Earth, Bozeman Real Estate Team.
For us, teamwork goes beyond the workweek. We genuinely enjoy our work, our communities, and each other. And, when you love what you do, you do it well.

Real Estate Broker / Owner
Trecie Wheat Hughes
Mama, wife, dog mom, friend, and lover of the outdoors, Trecie has made Montana her home for over 20 years.
She believes that honesty, hard work, and taking care of people are the keys to success. With a background in design, she brings vision to every property, including her own 1910 craftsman in the historic district of Livingston.
Trecie and her husband are happy to be raising their family in Montana amongst like-minded, salt-of-the-earth people. As she puts it, “We believe in supporting the community through volunteering, ‘buying local’ and helping our neighbors in need.”
Together with their son Sawyer, the three escape to the mountains whenever possible.

Real Estate Broker / Owner
Jackie Wickens
Working in concrete, tile, timber framing, and eventually a sawmill, Jackie Wickens is no stranger to hard work and fine craftsmanship. It drives her belief that there is a unique potential in every house. “Every house has a story to tell,” she says. “Like reclaimed lumber, a great old house holds a little piece of the past.”
Her keen attention to detail and love of hands-on work is appreciated in everything from the construction site to the negotiating table. A native of Michigan, Jackie moved west in 2001 to attend Montana State University. Having grown up in and around real estate and building industries, it’s no surprise she found her passion in both.
Married to a fourth-generation Montanan who came from a ranching family, Jackie spends her free time enjoying her most important job, being a wife and mom to two kids. Together they enjoy road trips, hiking, camping, antiquing, and thrifting.
