“Yellowstone Brokers is the real deal!
I wanted to send a note of gratitude for your help over the last year. You first showed me some houses that didn’t work out or fit. You could have ditched me at any time…Then we found the Cow Trail land in Paradise Valley, which I come to love even more with every trip. And I get to own the Hogs Back trail. That’s pretty cool.
As we continued to look, Trecie had me in mind for the Harrison property. I drove by several times and imagined what it would be like to own that place. I thought so much of the property, BUT…I was thinking, “It’s close to the road.” The day finally came when it went on the market. I walked the place and it was magical. It had a soul. It just felt right. I didn’t even notice Old Yellowstone Trail, which is a gem in itself. We quickly made an offer that was accepted.
Like any larger transactions, there were small nuances to work out, which we gladly did. Once I had the property in possession, I knew there would be small updates, which were actually big jobs. Things like the cabin and guest house just needed some personal touch and renovations before we actually stayed there. Trecie, Jackie, and their “friends” helped us get it done. I say friends, because it’s evident that they treat their fellow community members with respect. Everyone worked diligently together to make it feel like home.
They made me feel at home and made sure to get everything ready for when family and guests arrived. It’s not often that you can go through a big transaction and are in love with the process and the entire property. Not one time did I have a second guess. I also loved the fact that they made the process enjoyable and introduced me to so many great people. They are true professionals, now friends, and helped make dreams come true.
Can’t thank you enough for working with me and always having my back. This wasn’t about a transaction. It was about getting an awesome group of humans together to work on an epic project. It was an absolute pleasure!!
You guys rock!”
